Claims and Jurisdiction:
- Any claim must be made in writing and with a reliable method of receipt. To resolve any dispute over the interpretation or their own jurisdiction, customers expressly agree to submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Spanish marine authorities and, where appropriate, the courts and tribunals of Ciutadella de Menorca (Spain). These conditions are subject to Spanish law.
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation or no passengers:

Up to 48 hours in shared excursions and 72 hours in private excursions, from the contracted date and local time: refund of 100% of the total.
2. During the previous 48 hours in shared excursions and 72 hours in private excursions of the contracted date and local time, cancellations for any reason or circumstance will not have a refund.
In case of partial cancellations (cancellation of any of the contracted places) the company reserves the right not to make a refund.
Changes in bookings
- The client may not request changes to the date, time or name on the reservation.
Cancellations by the company
This is an outdoor activity and therefore weather conditions may vary and may not always be ideal. Sometimes there may be a bit of wind or cloudiness, you have to take into account this possibility and assume that the tour could be done in those conditions and that, in the last case, it will always be the captain’s criteria to determine if the conditions are suitable or not. to carry it out. Likewise, if the captain considers during the excursion that the conditions of a beach at that moment are not adequate for his visit or for bathing, he may decide to visit another with better conditions due to to a large influx or presence of boats, jellyfish or cloudy water, for example. It is sometimes very difficult to know in advance what the weather will be on the scheduled day and it may also be the case that |
the tour must be canceled at the last moment or even during the course of the tour due to worsening weather conditions. Each case would then be analyzed to proceed with the corresponding refund. |
If at the time of the excursion there is any cause that makes it impossible to carry out the scheduled activity (including breakdown of the boat or indisposition of the skipper), we will try to change the tour for another day or time, as long as that is the client’s wish, the cause that caused the cancellation has been corrected and we still have availability. If none of the above is possible or the client is not interested, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Refunds will always be made by the same means of payment used for the reservation.
